Approach to Bamford Edge, The Peak District

Bamford Edge is easily accessible from the road that runs up past the back of Bamford. From a small layby it's a walk of a few miles or so to get to the other end, with just a short section of uphill near the start. This image is taken before you get to the rocky outcrops of the edge itself, which later on provide impressive views over the Ladybower valley.
