General Information
Thank you for your interest in purchasing a print. Prints can be purchased online via the gallery pages of the website, and are available at a range of prices and sizes. Prices include shipping costs worldwide and payment is accepted via credit card and PayPal. Please make contact if you would like to discuss alternative methods of payment.
All prints come with a hand-signed certificate of authenticity and packages are normally shipped within a 10 days of placing the order. You will receive personal notification in the event of a delivery being delayed.
Guarantees
All photos are printed using fade-free papers and inks, and are guaranteed against fading for the lifetime of the print - your purchase is something to enjoy for years to come. If your photo should fade then it will be replaced at no charge, simply return the original and a new print will be shipped, no questions asked.
Prints are shipped in sturdy packaging designed to ensure that your photo is delivered defect free. In the unlikely event that your print becomes damaged during transit then please return the damaged item to have a new piece shipped free of charge.
Additional Information
Framed prints are not currently available through the online system, but should you have a particular requirement for a framed print then please contact me to discuss the options available.
I also welcome all other enquiries regarding the use of my photos - be that licensing of an image for a particular use, or the purchase of a print size unavailable through the online ordering system. Again, please contact me to discuss your own personal requirements.
