Thank you for your interest in looking to purchase my work. Artwork can be purchased online via the gallery pages of the website, at a range of prices and sizes. Prices include shipping costs worldwide and payment is accepted via credit card and PayPal. Please make contact if you would like to discuss alternative methods of payment.
All work comes with a hand-signed certificate of authenticity and packages are normally shipped within a 10 days of placing the order. You will receive personal notification in the event of a delivery being delayed.
Guarantees
The following guarantees apply to all artwork:
All purchases are covered by a one year money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it for refund or exchange for up to one year from date of purchase. This guarantee is subject to the detail contained in the 'Returns' section below - which has been put in place to help prevent any mis-use.
All work is printed using fade-free papers and inks, and is guaranteed against fading for the lifetime of the print - your artwork purchase is something to enjoy for years to come. If your photo should fade then it will be replaced at no charge, simply return the original and a new print will be shipped, no questions asked.
Prints are shipped in sturdy packaging designed to ensure that your photo is delivered defect free. In the unlikely event that your print becomes damaged during transit then please return the damaged item to have a new piece shipped free of charge.
Additional Information
Framed prints are not currently available through the online system, but should you have a particular requirement for a framed print then please contact me to discuss the options available.
I also welcome all other enquiries regarding the use of my photos - be that purchase of a print size unavailable through the online ordering system, licensing of an image for publication, or use of an image for stock. Again, please contact me to discuss your own personal requirements.
Returns
Each and every purchase is covered by a one year money-back guarantee. My aim is for you to be happy with your purchase and to enjoy displaying my work on your wall. If this is not the case then you can return the item and your money can be refunded or the artwork exchanged. This applies only to pieces that have not been modified or re-matted after delivery and your piece must be in like-new condition when it is received.
This offer only applies to fine art prints. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and if you have purchased multiple pieces and wish to return them for a refund you will need to ship your pieces back all at the same time. Your return needs to be insured and trackable and each return must be agreed prior to it being sent. Returns for which there has been no notification or returns that have not been approved, cannot be refunded.
